The Story

“Late last summer, our son, Landon, was diagnosed with a rare condition known as idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis, a form of interstitial lung disease characterized by hemorrhaging within the lungs. At this time, there is no known cure for Landon’s condition, but the physicians at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are working tirelessly to find the most successful treatment plans available and, ultimately, a cure.”
